Sandwiched between the Lakshwadeep Sea and the Western Ghats, Kerala is a bustling little green-and-silver, coconuts-and-water state on the west coast of India. It is bounded by Karnataka to the north, Tamil Nadu to the east, and the Arabian Sea to the west. Thiruvananthapuram is its capital.

Every district in Kerala has it's own unique culture and characteristics. Thiruvananthapuram is known for it's beach- Kovalam, the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple and various museums and palaces; Alappuzha for it's backwaters, Thrissur, the cultural capital, Kottayam for it's ancient churches, Kozhikode for it's old world charm and the entrancing Ponmudi or Golden valley.

The Sloth Bear Foundation is a non-profit, self-reliant and independent organization registered as a trust. Participation in tours and expeditions contributes the needed money to fund the SBF conservation and rehabilitation projects.

ITINERARY :
Day 01	Arrive Bangalore Airport/Railway Station. Meet and Transfer to a resort. Day at leisure for shopping / sightseeing. Visit vidhana soudha, venkatappa art gallery, cubbon park, lalbagh, Bannerghatta wildlife safari, butterfly park .Overnight at the resort.
Day 02	Morning proceed to Mysore (3 hours drive). Visit Tippu’s palace at Srirangapatana, Ranganathittu bird sanctuary, Mysore palace, KRS dam and other places of interest at Mysore. Overnight at the resort.
Day 03	At Mysore. Sightseeing continues. Rest of the day at leisure Overnight at the resort.
Day 04	Proceed to Bandipur National park after breakfast( 4 hours drive). Lunch at a resort in Bandipur. Evening safari inside the National Park. Overnight at the resort.
Day 05	Morning safari inside the National Park. Check out and proceed back to Bangalore. Overnight at the resort.
Day 06	Sightseeing/ shopping at Bangalore. Proceed to Cochin in the evening at 8:30 by Island Express train.
Day 07	Arrive Cochin Railway Station. Meet and Transfer to Royal Village / The Farm House. Day at leisure for shopping / sightseeing. Visit to Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace, Chinese Fishing nets and Bolgatty Island. Optional Activity : Cochin Harbour cruise. Overnight at resort.
Day 08	After breakfast drive to Munnar, a picturesque drive of four hours from Cochin. Check in at Fort Munnar. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 09	At Munnar. After breakfast day free for Sightseeing and leisure activities. Entrance fees payable directly : Visit Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundalay Lake, Rajmalai Wild Life Sanctuary, Anayirangal Lake. Optional Activities : Lake Safari, Tribal Village visit, Tea factory visit, Plantation visit, Trekking and camping, Rock climbing/ or Rejuvanate yourself at 'Green Leaves' a speciality Ayurveda centre facing the Anayirangal Lake. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10	After breakfast drive to Thekkady, a scenic three hours drive from Munnar. Check-in at Carmelia Heaven. Day at leisure. Go for a plantation walk/ nature trail. Afternoon: Boat Safari on the Periyar Lake. Visit the Spice Market where you can pick up some fragrant spices or handcrafted jewellery. Overnight at resort.
Day 11	After Breakfast, drive to Kumarakom, a three hours drive from Thekkady down to the backwaters. Check - in at Waterscapes – an exotic backwater resort amidst inland canals and coconut farms. Rest of the day at leisure. Entertainment options (At extra cost) : Visit to Vembanad Bird Sanctuary, Backwater cruise, Boat Cruise on the Vembanad Lake. Overnight at Resort. or Drive to Alleppey, a four hours drive from Thekkady down to the backwaters, to board the Houseboat. Stay on board the Kettuvallam - traditional riceboats of Kerala, cruising in and around the backwaters of Alleppey (at extra cost).
Day 12	After Breakfast, drive to Kovalam, a four hours drive along coastal Kerala. Check-in at Udaya Samudra Beach Resort. Rest of the day at leisure by the Beach. Overnight at Resort.
Day 13	At Kovalam. After Breakfast, day free for local sightseeing at Trivandrum. Sightseeing Options (At extra cost if our transportation is not used). Entrance fees payable directly : Visit The Trivandrum Zoo & Museum, Kanakakunnu Palace, Padmanabha Swamy Temple etc.. OR go on a day trip to Kanyakumari.
Day 14	After breakfast, drive to Trivandrum / Cochin airport or railway station for onward departure.
