Please read carefully the terms and conditions below before proceeding to the booking form.

Conditions for Booking :
All package tour prices include hotel/jungle resort accommodations, airport transfers, all land transportation, a naturalist, and are based on double occupancy.

Prices do not include : airport taxes, tips, any items of a personal nature, additional expenses resulting from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Tipping your driver and guide at the end of the trip is normal, but entirely at your discretion.

Terms of Payment :
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price quoted is requested along with your completed booking form. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. If payment has not been made by this time, SBF reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

Cancellations :
Tour Cancellation by us :
Unforeseen or inevitable circumstances are a part and parcel of life. There may be times when SBF may have to cancel any group trip due to inadequate sign-up, which makes the trip economically not feasible . In such conditions a notification will be given at least 30 days prior to departure. A full refund will be given or you may choose to transfer to another tour. Trip cancellation Insurance is highly recommended.

Once the booking is made, any changes requested to the itinerary are subject to a modification fee per each change requested. Cost varies according to your trip package.

Tour Cancellation by you :
If you are forced to cancel your booking, SBF must be notified in writing by the person who has signed the booking form, and cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of such notification by us. The following cancellation charges will apply: Cancellation prior to 70 days before tour start date - loss of deposit; cancellation 70-28 days before tour start date - 50% of total cost; cancellation less than 28 days before tour start date - 100% of total cost. These charges are to safeguard SBF, as there are financial obligations that must be met by us in advance of the tour. If your reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy you may be able to reclaim these charges.

Limitations of Liability
SBF, its owners, agents act only as agents for hotels, transportation companies, land operators and suppliers of travel services and assume no liability in connection with the operation or service of any transportation vehicle or hotel which may be used for the tours you take. SBF and its operators and agents will assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, Irregularity or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, failure of any means of transportation to adhere to schedules, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, government regulations, or changes in transport and lodging beyond our reasonable control.

SBF reserves the right at any time, either prior to or after departure, at its discretion in good faith, to change or replace any tour, including but not limited to the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary, to substitute hotels or leaders, or change any means of conveyance without notice and without allowance of refund, with the liability of increased costs-if any-to be born by you. SBF reserves the right to change any itinerary at any time when it is deemed advisory for the safety of the group or to comply with good government restrictions

While Participating in a tour program :
You need to comply by certain rules and a stipulated code of conduct needs to be assured as conditions in India are different to those in the west and tours can involve an element of risk. In addition, all wildlife should be respected and participants should be aware of potentially dangerous species and act accordingly. By signing the booking form the participant indicates that such risks are appreciated and agrees to abide by the decisions of, and follow instructions given by, the tour leader at all times, thus accepting the tour leader's authority to make decisions affecting individuals or the group as a whole.

Our Responsibilities :
Many people and companies are involved in the planning of our tours, and although SBF takes all possible steps to ensure all services provided are of an acceptable standard we, our naturalists/guides, and those working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any accident that may occur in connection with services linked to the tour.

By signing the booking form the participant agrees that SBF cannot be held responsible for any first aid advice, treatment, or medicine given/administered on tour.

SBF cannot be held responsible for loss/damage to any luggage/property, which is carried at all times at the owner's risk.

SBF cannot be held responsible for delays/alterations to itineraries or for unexpected expenses incurred due to war, threat of war, terrorist activities, civil unrest, riots, strikes, political closures/disputes, local regulations, internal and international flight cancellations or schedule changes, technical problems with transport, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, weather conditions, sickness/quarantine, or any other unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control. Any expenses incurred are the responsibility of the tour participant and may be recoverable under the

Visas :
Many of our tours require one or more entry visas - please ensure that you have adequate time to arrange these prior to departure. You will also need adequate space for the visa stamps and 6 months validity in your passport.

Prices :
While we try and ensure that all prices on our Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tour you have booked online, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the booking as cancelled

Confidentiality :
Any personal and contact information that we collect is kept strictly confidential. At no point will it be bought, sold, shared or distributed by any means.

Booking Authorization :
Where a group booking is involved , the booking is conditional on the person signing the booking form having written authorization from all the named individuals to enter into this contract.

Insurance :
Travel insurance is a must for all participants and this has to be arranged independently by you.

Fees :
Fees include accommodation, full board, all available programs and excursions and airport transfers .

Accommodation :
Accommodation is on a twin-shared basis. There are a limited number of double-bedded huts for couples, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Waiver/ Disclaimer :
All SBF tourists need to sign for a waiver / disclaimer for a release of liabilities before the start of the program. This waiver / disclaimer is a declaration on the general rules and agreement for participation in the SBF tours and expeditions Program.
